This policy (together with our Terms of Service and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.


Note: Throughout this document the term "you", "your" refers to the customer and "we", "us" or "our" refers to TOPSELLUX.
TOPSELLUX will be what's known as the "Controller" of the personal data you provide to us.


Privacy is very important to us and our customers, therefore we promise never to disclose any personal details to any outside company for mailing and marketing purposes. Any personal information is fully confidential, and will only be used to process, deliver orders and for tax law purposes.


What kind of personal information do we collect and how do we use it?


When making a purchase with us, we will collect your contact information, which includes full name, full address, email address and phone number.

Apart from that we don't process nor keep any credit or debit card data, as all payments are processed by Paypal.


We'll use your personal data to process your order. This applies also when you register an account.

This means we'll:
- Record details about your order
- Send you service information messages (we'll send you messages to confirm your order and tell you about any changes that might affect your order.)
- Let you log in to the online customer area portal
- Your communications with us, including emails.
 

We use this information to carry out your order (or to prepare your order). If you don't give us the correct information or ask us to delete it, we will not be able to provide your ordered products from us. Simply we need your address to send it to you.


We may share your Personal data with third parties as permitted or required by applicable law, by a court order or by another judicial or governmental request. We may also disclose your Personal data if we determine that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and remedies or is necessary for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance. How long do we keep your personal information?

We are required under local tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

Any data we need to store and process will be carried out in the Poland, and in full compliance of the Data Protection Act.


We have strict security measures to protect your personal data. We'll check your identity when you get in touch with us, and we follow our security procedures and apply suitable technical measures, such as encryption, to protect your data.


Access to your Information and What are your rights?

You can help us maintain the accuracy of your personal data by updating any changes to your address, title, phone number or email address. You can do this by updating your personal data from within your secure account. As a Data Subject you have a number of rights in relation to your Personal Information. These include your rights:

- To ask us to confirm what (if any) Personal data we're hold relating to you and how that data is processed and used by us (often referred to as a 'Subject Access Request');

- To have us rectify Personal data which we hold about you that is inaccurate;

- To have us erase Personal data which relates to you if it is no longer necessary for us to continue to process it, or if we have no lawful basis to store, process or retain it (though we do have rights to refuse these requests in certain situations for instance we need to keep your details for tax law purposes).

- To object to us processing your Personal data.

To be informed about the existence of any automated decision making and profiling of your Personal data, and where appropriate, be provided with meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing that affects you.
To have us provide you with a copy of your Personal data for transfer to an alternative provider of similar services.
